◆ 電冷式油冷卻機
本公司引進日本富源(株)公司冷媒式油冷卻裝置先進技術和工藝，研制開發了XGDL-電冷式冷卻機，本機集冷媒式冷卻器、調溫加熱器、RE過濾器為一體，可以使油液迅速達到理想的工作溫度，填補了國內空白。廣泛應用于液壓、潤滑系統。
冷卻面積范圍：0.4～120m2 循環流量：10～63 l/min 控溫范圍：15～40℃
◆ (稀油、稠油、干油) 過濾機——為液壓、潤滑系統用油凈化專用設備。
◆ 油水分離機
YSJ-系列油水分離機，為油液凈化專用設備，它能濾除油液中所含水份、氣體、臟物，整機經濟、高效。

◆ 廢油再生機
FZJ的油料回收再生系統采用先進的高分子凈化技術，聚結式除碳方法和低溫低真空蒸餾工藝，可以使廢油變得比新油更潔凈、更干燥，同時保留了油中添加劑和理化性質，除去的成份包括懸浮物、沉淀物或溶解在油中的成份，溶劑、氣體、水份、灰塵、砂粒、水垢、鐵銹、金屬粉沫、煤灰、游離碳及微生物等。
FZJ系統可以回收再生的油料：液壓，潤滑、淬火、透平機、氣壓機、變壓器，液力傳動、熱交換器、真空泵、齒輪、切削、冷藏、循環、植物、合成、機械油等等。
總之：FZJ系統可以回收再生幾乎所有的工業用油 (閃點低于93℃油除外，例如汽油等)。

◆ 脈沖清洗裝置
MQGZ采用大流量變速脈沖液流，可對系統油箱、元器件、管路內部有效的沖洗、清除系統內所有超標固體污染物。

◆ 高效充氮機
蓄能器充氮氣專用設備。GCDJ核心技術在于采用集成式氣液缸組合，構成高效氣液動力轉換，使GCDJ的充氣速度是國產同類產品的2～3倍，而重量僅為國產同類產品的1/2。

Electrical Cooling Type Oil Cooler
XGDL Electrical Coolers are developed based upon the advanced
refrigerant-type oil cooling technology introduced from Fuyuan Co.,
Ltd. of Japan. Refrigerant-type coolers, temperature-regulating
heaters and RE filters are integrated in the coolers to rapidly
bring oil temperature to an ideal value, fill a gap in the field
concerned in China and widely used in hydraulic and lubricating
systems.

The thin oil, thick oil and dry oil filters—the specialized
equipment for oil purification for hydraulic and lubrication

Oil /Water Separators
The series YSJ oil/water separator is specialized equipment for oil

content, gases and dirt. The whole machine is economic and high
effective.

Waste Oil Regenerators
FZJ Waste Oil Recycling and Regeneration System, with its advanced
technologies of high molecular purification, coalescing
decarbonization and low-temperature vacuum distillation, can make
waste oil cleaner and drier than new oil by maintaining the
additives in the oil and keeping its physical/chemical property and
removing suspended matter, participates or matter dissolved in the
oil, solvents, gas, water, dirt, sand, water scale, rust, metallic
powder, coal ash, free carbon, microorganisms, etc.
The oils that FZJ System can recycle and regenerate include:
hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, quenching oil, turbine oil, air
compressor oil, transformer oil, hydrodynamic drive oil, heat
exchanger oil, vacuum pump oil, gear oil, cutting oil, refrigeration
oil, circulation oil, machinery oil, synthetic oil, vegetable oil,
etc.
In a word, FZJ System can recycle and regenerate almost all
industrial oils with the exception of oil with a flash point below
93℃ (e.g. gasoline)

Pulsed Cleaning Devices
MQGZ uses large variable-speed pulsed flow to effectively flush the
oil tank, parts and piping in the system and remove all the solid
contaminants beyond nominal value.

High Power Nitrogen Inflators
Special equipment for inflation of nitrogen in accumulators. The
essential technology of GCDJ lies in the adoption of the integrated
combination of cylinders to perform powerful gas-liquid power
transformation. The inflation rate of GCDJ is 2 to 3 times that of
domestic inflators, but its weight is only a half that of domestic
products.

speed: 12 l/min
A full range of service. Inflation tool, 20m prolonged gas tube with
its carrier, 20 m prolonged cable wire with its carrier, fuel,
